I just recently decided that I wanted to start archery hunting. I have been a rifle hunter for a long time, but my brother is a great archery hunter and I decided that it would be a good time. One of the main reasons I decided to start hunting with a bow is because the season is a lot longer and I would be able to hunt for a longer period of time. I did not have any archery equipment at all so I went to the archery pro shop in Caldwell ID to pick out a good bow. The archery pro shop in Caldwell ID had more bows than I knew existed, and I had a really hard time picking one out. The nice thing about the shop is they let me shoot them so I knew which one I should buy. The first time that I shot my bow I knew it was the one I wanted. After a lot of practice my brother and I went hunting for deer. It has been a great time and I even shot a nice buck. More than anything I like hunting with a bow because it is a little bit more challenging. I have had a great time archery hunting an I plan to continue to archery hunt. Share
