When I was trying to decide what pistol I wanted to carry on my person at all times, there were a lot of factors that went into the decision. I wanted a pistol that was concealable yet accurate. I wanted a pistol that was light yet very powerful. I did not want to have to use the pistol, but if I had to protect my family or myself I wanted the pistol to be very powerful. I then found a pistol that was the complete package. I found the Springfield Armory XDM compact 45 ACP. The pistol itself is a fantastic carry gun because it is small and light, but it is very accurate. The caliber is perfect because the 45 ACP is very powerful and has a lot of knockdown power. I decided to buy a used Springfield Armory XDM compact 45 ACP and I am sure glad that I did. The pistol is absolutely amazing. I am a fantastic shot with the gun, and it truly is a pleasure to shoot. I would not suggest that a petite person shoots the pistol because it does have a bit of recoil, but I can handle the gun very well. Share
