I live on a Twin Cities public golf course. I was nervous about living on a golf course because I wasn't quite sure what to expect, would my privacy be invaded, would my house be getting hit by golf balls constantly? I did love the view from my back yard. It was nice being able to see my beautiful yard and instead of a fence or a neighbor, my view consisted of a gorgeous green golf course. We did have the occasional ball hit our house but because we had such a long covered porch my windows were never broken. Living on this Twin Cities public golf course has changed my view on golf course communities. I can see why these types of properties can be more expensive. The public golf course keeps the grounds and community looking immaculate. The golfers are so polite and grateful to be on the golf course and enjoy the unique and beautiful properties that line the course. After the course closes the golf course paths offer a great place for walking. Now having lived on a golf course property, I don't think I can live anywhere else. It is hands down the best place to be. Share
