I Want To Take Yoga Classes For Beginners
I have had a couple of surgeries on my neck and back and it's very hard for me to do any exercise. I had joined a gym, but all I could do there was the treadmill. It became very boring and I left the gym. I still wanted to get back into some kind of shape and one of the trainers at the gym had suggested that I take Yoga classes for beginners. She said that it isn't strenuous and I would feel much better. She said that there was a Yoga place in the next town over, and they had beginner Yoga classes for beginners.
I went there and talked to the Yoga instructor about my condition and limitations and she said that the beginner classes are very easy and she was sure in time that I could advance to more advanced classes. I decided to sign up and took my first class. I loved it, and couldn't wait to return. I have been going to these beginner Yoga classes for about three months now, and I feel so much better. I don't wake up will all the aches and pains that I had before, and I'm much more flexible.
