I have been doing pole dancing classes in Orlando for about eight months now, and I enjoy it very much. When I first started I was surprised at how physical of an exercise it was. As I continued to go to the classes my body became leaner and I could see the changes it made in my body. Improving my physical appearance was one of the main reasons why I wanted to do pole fitness. I have had three kids and I needed some way to help my stomach muscles get back in shape. I had heard that pole dancing required a lot of core strength and really worked the abs. Another reason why I enjoy taking Orlando pole dancing classes is that I have made great friends with the other women in the class. We are all learning this sport and we don't judge each other. We have fun being risqué and allowing ourselves to be open to ourselves. I think that it has really improved my confidence because I know that I can climb the pole and do some fun spins. Each time I reach a new goal and conquer a new move I feel so proud of myself and empowered to do anything I want. Share
